引言 / Introduction

欢迎使用本平台！我们深知个人信息对您的重要性，并致力于保护您的隐私安全。本《隐私政策》（以下简称 “本政策”）旨在清晰说明，在您使用我们提供的图生视频大模型 API 调用服务（以下简称 “本服务”）时，我们如何收集、使用、存储、共享和保护您的个人信息，以及您享有的权利。一旦您开始使用本服务，即表示您已同意我们按照本政策处理您的个人信息。

Welcome to use our platform! We fully understand the importance of your personal information and are committed to protecting your privacy and security. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use our Text-to-Video Large Model API Calling Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Service"), as well as the rights you are entitled to. Once you start using this Service, it means you have agreed to our processing of your personal information in accordance with this Policy.

1. 账户注册与管理 / Account Registration and Management

为帮助您完成账户注册，以便我们基于账户向您提供核心服务，我们需要收集您用于注册的手机号码或电子邮箱地址。该信息是验证您身份、创建唯一账户的基础。我们使用上述信息用于账户的安全登录、身份验证、以及向您发送与服务相关的必要通知（如服务变更、安全提醒）。如果您不提供上述信息，将无法完成账户注册，也无法使用需要账户登录后才能享受的核心服务。

To help you complete account registration so that we can provide core services based on your account, we need to collect the mobile phone number or email address you use for registration. This information is the basis for verifying your identity and creating a unique account. We use the above information for secure account login, identity verification, and sending you necessary service-related notifications (such as service changes, security alerts). If you do not provide the above information, you will not be able to complete account registration or use the core services that require account login.

2. 服务支付与结算 / Service Payment and Settlement

当您进行充值和消费时，支付功能由具备合法资质的第三方支付机构（如 Stripe、支付宝）提供。我们会收集并记录与您交易相关的订单金额、支付状态、支付渠道信息，以便我们核实交易完成情况、管理您的账户余额、并提供交易记录查询。我们不会直接收集或存储您的银行卡号、支付密码等敏感金融信息。

When you recharge or make payments, the payment function is provided by third-party payment institutions with legal qualifications (such as Stripe, Alipay). We collect transaction-related information, including order amount, payment status, and payment channel details, to verify transaction completion, manage your account balance, and provide transaction record inquiries. We will not directly collect or store sensitive financial information such as your bank card number or payment password during this process.

3. 核心服务功能的实现 / Realization of Core Service Functions

为向您提供 “图生视频” 核心服务，我们需要处理您在使用过程中主动提交的内容数据，包括您上传的图片以及通过 API 调用生成的视频内容。我们仅为执行您所请求的特定服务目的处理上述数据。您对您上传的图片拥有合法权利，并对生成内容的后续使用承担全部责任。

To provide you with the core "Text-to-Video" service, we process the content data you actively submit during use, including images you upload and video content generated via API calls. We only process the above data to perform the specific service you request. You have legal rights to the images you upload and shall bear full responsibility for the subsequent use of the generated content.

4. 服务安全与质量优化 / Service Security and Quality Optimization

为保障安全、确保服务稳定运行并优化体验，我们会自动收集设备信息、日志（如 IP 地址、设备型号、操作系统版本、浏览器类型、访问日期和时间）及 API 调用记录（请求时间、参数、消耗额度、请求结果）。这些信息用于安全审计、故障诊断、防止恶意攻击与作弊行为，并通过去标识化、聚合统计的方式改进服务质量。

To ensure security, maintain stable operation, and optimize experience, we automatically collect device information and logs (e.g., IP address, device model, operating system version, browser type, access date and time) and API call records (request time, parameters used, quota consumed, and request result). We use this information for security audits, fault diagnosis, prevention of malicious attacks and fraud, and for improving service quality in a de-identified and aggregated manner.

二、个人信息的使用 / II. Use of Personal Information

我们不会将您的个人信息出售给任何第三方，仅在以下特定、必要且符合法律法规的情况下共享：

We will not sell your personal information to any third party. We only share your information in the following specific, necessary, and legally compliant circumstances:

1. 在获得您的明确、单独授权同意后共享 / Sharing with your explicit consent.
2. 与授权合作伙伴共享，用于提供服务、数据分析或技术支撑，并通过协议要求其仅为必要目的使用信息 / Sharing with authorized partners for services, analysis, or technical support under strict confidentiality and limited-purpose agreements.

我们将根据法律法规要求，将您的个人信息存储在中国境内的云端服务器上，当前不存在跨境传输。如未来需要跨境传输，我们会严格遵守中国法律法规，并另行获得您的授权同意。

We store your personal information on cloud servers within the territory of the People’s Republic of China in accordance with laws and regulations. If cross-border transfer becomes necessary in the future, we will comply with applicable laws and obtain your separate consent.

我们仅在实现业务功能所必需、符合法律要求、维护交易记录、或处理投诉纠纷的最短期限内存储个人信息。超出保留期限或您要求删除、注销账户后，我们将根据适用法律删除或匿名化处理。

We only store personal information for the shortest period necessary to realize business functions, comply with legal obligations, maintain transaction records, or handle complaints and disputes. After exceeding the retention period or upon your request for deletion or account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

2. 信息保护措施 / Information Protection Measures

我们采取加密技术（如 SSL/TLS）、严格的数据库访问控制和审计、定期安全评估及网络安全防护，防止未经授权的访问、使用、修改、披露、破坏或丢失。

Please note that the Internet is not absolutely secure. You should be aware of the risks of the systems and networks used to access our services and take active measures to protect personal information, such as regularly changing passwords and not disclosing account information.

四、您的权利 / IV. Your Rights

您有权访问、更正、删除您的个人信息，撤回同意，随时注销账户，并在验证身份后获得响应。我们将在收到请求并验证身份后的 15 个工作日内答复合理请求，对超出合理限度的重复请求可能收取成本费用。

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, withdraw consent, cancel your account at any time, and receive a response after identity verification. We will reply within 15 working days after receiving your request and verifying your identity, and may charge a cost fee for repeated requests beyond reasonable limits.

在涉及国家安全、公共安全、犯罪侦查、存在主观恶意或滥用权利等法律规定情形下，或响应请求将对他人合法权益造成严重损害、涉及商业秘密时，我们将无法响应您的请求。

In circumstances involving national security, public security, criminal investigation, subjective malice or abuse of rights, situations where responding would seriously damage others’ legitimate rights, or where trade secrets are involved, we will not be able to respond to your request in accordance with legal requirements.

五、我们如何处理未成年人信息 / V. How We Process Minors’ Information

我们的服务严格禁止未满 18 周岁的未成年人使用，也不会在知情的情况下收集未成年人的个人信息。监护人应关注未成年人是否在未获同意的情况下使用我们的服务，如发现相关信息请通过本政策公布的方式联系我们。

Our service strictly prohibits minors under 18 from using it, and we will not knowingly collect minors’ personal information. Guardians should monitor whether minors use our service without consent; if such information is found, please contact us through the methods published in this Policy.

若未成年人通过任何手段使用服务并产生消费或纠纷，其监护人需承担由此导致的全部责任。我们已通过年龄声明等技术手段防止未成年人使用，如发现未获监护人同意收集的信息将尽快删除，并可能终止向该账户提供服务。

If a minor uses the service by any means and incurs consumption or disputes, their guardian shall bear all resulting responsibilities. We use age declaration and other technical means to prevent minor usage; if we discover collection without guardian consent, we will delete the data promptly and may terminate service to that account.

六、我们如何更新本政策 / VI. How We Update This Policy

为适应业务发展、技术进步及法律法规的变更，我们可能更新本政策，且未经您的明确同意不会削减您在当前生效版本下享有的权利。

To adapt to business development, technological progress, and changes in laws and regulations, we may update this Policy and will not reduce your rights under the current effective version without your explicit consent.

更新将通过网站首页公告或弹窗等显著方式发布（https://carryai.ai/），并说明更新内容。重大变更包括服务模式根本性变化、个人信息共享或公开对象变化、权利行使方式重大变化、联系方式变更或评估报告显示高风险等。

Updates will be published prominently on the website homepage or via pop-ups (https://carryai.ai/) with explanations. Material changes include fundamental shifts in service models, changes to main recipients of personal information sharing or disclosure, major changes to rights and exercise methods, changes to contact or complaint channels, or high-risk findings in personal information security impact assessments.

更新后的政策将在发布页注明的日期起生效。若您在更新生效后继续使用服务，视为您已充分阅读、理解并接受更新内容并同意受其约束。如不同意，您有权停止使用服务；如在合理时间内未提出异议且继续使用，将被视为接受变更。

The updated Policy takes effect from the date specified on the release page. Continued use after the effective date means you have read, understood, and accepted the updated content and agree to be bound by it. If you disagree, you may stop using the service; if you do not raise an objection within a reasonable time and continue using the service, you are deemed to have accepted the change.

七、隐私协议的变更 / VII. Changes to the Privacy Agreement

我们可能根据实际情况和法律法规变化对隐私协议进行变更，变更后的协议将在平台公示。如您继续使用我们的服务，即表示接受变更后的协议。

We may change the Privacy Agreement based on actual circumstances and changes in laws and regulations. The revised Privacy Agreement will be publicly announced on the platform. Continued use of our service means you accept the revised agreement.

八、法律适用和争议解决 / VIII. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

本隐私协议的签订、执行和解释均适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议引起或与之有关的争议，双方应首先友好协商；协商不成的，任一方均可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

The conclusion, execution, and interpretation of this Privacy Agreement are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. For disputes arising from or related to this Agreement, the parties shall first seek friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a people’s court with jurisdiction.

九、征得授权同意的例外 / IX. Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent

在以下情形中，我们可在不征得您授权同意的情况下收集、使用必要的个人信息：

In the following circumstances, we may collect and use necessary personal information without obtaining your consent:

1. 与国家安全、国防安全直接相关 / Directly related to national security or national defense security.
2. 与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关 / Directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests.

4. 为保护您或他人生命、财产等重大合法权益且难以获得同意 / Necessary to protect major legitimate rights and interests of you or others when consent is hard to obtain.
5. 您自行向社会公众公开的个人信息 / Personal information you disclose to the public.
6. 从合法公开渠道获取的个人信息 / Personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed sources.
7. 根据您的要求签订和履行合同所必需 / Necessary for signing and performing a contract at your request.
8. 为维护产品或服务安全稳定运行所必需（如发现、处置故障） / Necessary to maintain safe and stable operation of products or services (e.g., detecting and handling faults).
9. 为合法新闻报道所必需 / Necessary for legitimate news reporting.
10. 学术研究机构基于公共利益开展统计或学术研究且结果已去标识化 / Necessary for academic research in the public interest with de-identified results.
11. 法律法规规定的其他情形 / Other circumstances specified by laws and regulations.

十、其他 / X. Others

本隐私协议自您首次使用我们的服务时生效，并持续有效，直到您注销账号或我们终止服务。若隐私政策发生重大变更，我们将通过平台公告或用户邮件提前通知您。

This Privacy Agreement takes effect from your first use of our service and remains valid until you cancel your account or we terminate the service. If there is a material change to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you in advance through a platform announcement or user email.
